Works great, fries things very quickly. However, the temperature numbers easily clean off which is a bit annoying, other than that, easy to clean, easy to use, definitely worth it.

great home size. Easy to put together and take apart for cleaning

Performs exactly as promised. We've fried home battered fish calamari and shrimp, frito misto, breaded chicken and British 'chips'. All very satisfactory. Key is not to overload the basket (cook small batches) as too much temperature is lost too quickly - 1500W is the limit to the power input as nearly every other kitchen or domestic appliance. Clean up pretty easy as most other reviews state. Only criticism is the white markings on the temperature dial smudge off when in inevitable contact with the cooking oil.

I ordered the deep fryer for my grandson for Christmas and he loves it. The temperature is great. He cooks french fries and everything else in it and he loves it. The size of the deep fryer is great for what he cooks in it. You set your temperature where you want it and it Cooks everything great. You don't get a lot of smell or smoke in the house And it sits well on our counter. It shows you how much oil to put in it. My grandson loves it.The sturdiness is great.

It's was very amazing and easily to cook

Someone clearly put some thought into designing a unit that’s easy to operate and clean - all parts except for the heating element and the cord are dishwasher safe. That includes the case. Which makes cleanup very easy. It’s a slim unit that won’t take up much counter-space, though that also means the basket is very narrow, which may or may not be ideal depending on your use case. Given the 3L oil volume and the 1500W heating element, the fryer heats up quickly and maintains temperature reasonably well.The fatal flaw is the temperature sensor, which turns off the unit about 30F prior to reaching the indicated temperature, which I verified using 2 different thermometers.Given the temperature range the fryer was designed for, that means the actual maximum temperature of this unit is 345F, not 375F as indicated on the dial. Which is not nearly high enough for many frying tasks. In particular, to get fries to crisp up, you need to double fry with 375F as the second step. At 345F they’ll come out soggy. Same for many other foods.I ended up sending mine back. Too bad - it’s an otherwise nicely designed machine.
