There is much to think about in this book. But, be ready to use your Bible to see if the author is making sound suggestions. Spit out the bones, and you will be blessed to read this book.

This book is very enlightening to how far off the human diet has become in comparison to what God intended for us to consume. Not only is this diet scientifically backed, but is biblically written out for us! I believe if we followed the makers diet, society would beable to heal themselves and live the lives we were intended to.

Not much of update but like and trust author

It was interesting to read his story and how he overcame his health issues. I started taking SBOs and I started seeing a change for the better in the first week.

Good information

Loved the book but Appendix B was missing which greatly limits its value. Can't find anyone to contact re the problem.
