Good quality
This is a good quality set for my small toilet downstairs when it came apart of it was broken I contacted Amazon and plumworkd and straightaway they sent out a replacement.

Perfect for complying with Council regs for downstairs toilet
Had an extension built to facilitate downstairs toilet for disabled family member but needed a sink included in specification to comply with building regulations and this fitted the bill perfectly - not that we ever use the sink but it got us out of a scrape. Overall build quality is very good and delivery was fuss free.

Very useful for small WC room
Very useful and good quality for the price compared to the ones that we could finde in the shops in our area- over £600. Although the tap could be a better quality. Our started to have rust and easily scratched. This is the reason for 4 ⭐

The lid is fragile
First, the seat lid arrived broken. It was extremely stressful to get a correct replacement with horrible customer service, but in the end I got a new seat and I liked the toilet itself. Half year later, the lid is broken again. I don’t want the same seat/lid anymore, as it seems to be too fragile for normal use and transport, but not sure if I can find a different seat in the same shape.

Arrive all in one piece. Have opened it up to take upstairs but not yet fitted so cannot leave any other comments. Fingers crossed it works as it should

Inferior tap fittings.
The fittings rotted and leaked after two years and flooded my house.

Value for money. Great space saving design and good for enviroment with it's water saving system.

Customer service not good!
Purchased in 2019. Installed start of 2020. Syphon malfunction start 2021. Reported fault 7 days ago still ongoing. Have been advised product has 10 year guarantee. Poor customer service with fault. Seller wants to see video but does not provide email address after several requests. Have been left with no option other than to post here.
