**Q: Why is it so costly ? In the ikea india website it is showing 400 rupees**
A: I will surely help you with the pricing confusion. 
1) Pricing is for Ikea family members but we are business buyers and cannot avail the member offers if we need GST invoice which is much needed for any seller for filing GST returns. 

2) Ikea rule : No discounts whether the purchase is for 1 unit or 1000 units the price is equal for everyone. And that's how we purchase items on MRP only at the Hyderabad IKEA store. 

3) Now comes the hidden charges where every customer has a doubt. a) Marketplace Fee b) Packaging & Handling c) Amazon pickup and deliver cost from my place to yours. 

To be honest, I am not making much profit by selling it. I am not sure about the other sellers. 

If you are in Hyderabad, then the store is a wonder place as you can find all product at a cheaper price. 

FYI : Amazon has no relation with the higher selling prices on his portal. Its a sole sellers responsibility.

Product is as shown and described. Plain and elegant. At first glance, may not appear very sturdy, but bears weight very well. Very light, so very portable. Easy to clean. Fairly comfortable. I guess there are more comfortable chairs available, but they would not be so light. There’s always a trade off.
