It did harden in the fridge/freezer which may allow you to write on your parchment to then transfer to cake, but be warned once the cake is room temp, the chocolate may become 'wet' again. Will it hold it's shape if I pour into silicone mold?** A: Tempering instrucciones are very easy, you can even use the microwave to accomplish it.
