**Q: How do I contact the sellers to obtain a replacement part for a piece that was broken in shipping?**
A: They will contact you after purchase. Excellent customer service was my experience. Items are packaged extremely well.

**Q: What is the extent of the “small cosmetic imperfection” listed in the description?**
A: I found a few. Most were not very noticeable (as in a slightly darker line down the side where the handle is but not on the handle, a small bump on the inside/outside), the ones that were noticeable (flower print messed up on one of the flower cups, looked like it was rubbed off, possible dirt under the print of 2 of the saucers) I sent an email to the one listed on a card in the box, about the oneswith noticeable imperfections and they sent me replacements at no extra charge. I was pleased with my purchase, I did buy them for my daughter as a Christmas present, mainly was looking for a nice set at a reasonable price. If I could add pictures I would.

**Q: Is there a mesh strainer for the tea pot?**
A: The tea pot spigot has large hole strainer in the spigot part but if you want something that stops all the leaves you can buy tea ball (up to 2 inch diameter).

After looking at so many teacups and teapots and plates for my Shabby Chic apartment. Some very expensive! And I actually sent a couple plates sets back. And I loved the set of these teacups and all the different colors, but wasn't sure I had room for them all. Or use for them all. And after reading mixed reviews, I was hesitant. But then I saw this tea set finally, and I said that is it!!! And photos sometimes make things look prettier, not these! These did not disappoint! They are exactly as pictured, if not prettier. And so are the plates, and coffee mugs. I decided on the coffee mugs after getting let's set for my hutch. I'm really not a big tea drinker, I prefer coffee. But I love teacups and teapots. The drawback being, you cannot microwave any of these because of the gold trim. And they are China, so they can break. But they are beautiful! And reasonably priced. I had no problems with any chipped cups or dishes. Or flaws. And the package is sealed and says do not ship if sealed! And I heard the customer service is excellent should something come broken or chipped. A fast with replacements. I would love all the tea sets too, but I just have no use for room for them! But if you want them for a party, go for it! Fast shipping. I love this store! There's another one that has an absolutely beautiful shabby chic design. Beautiful packaging. They are so expensive! And they don't have a lot of the things in the images available. vvreading mixed reviews.
