The ASICS GT-2000 12 shoe is a versatile stability trainer that's functional for various distances. We've reimagined this workhorse running style with less weight and a smoother heel-to-toe transition. The midsole is updated with a full-length FF BLAST PLUS cushioning unit and PureGEL technology. These features help provide a more energized toe-off with cloud-like softness underfoot. Meanwhile, the 3D GUIDANCE SYSTEM consists of wider basenets and an increased heel bevel and forefoot flare. As a result, you'll experience a silky-smooth transition from footstrike to toe-off. Polyester, synthetic mesh, synthetic overlay upper offers a supportive and comfortable foothold. Polyester and synthetic mesh lining. Removable OrthoLite X-30 insole provides soft step-in comfort. Round toe. Lace-up closure. AHARPLUS heel plug rubber helps improve durability. Buy these regularly as designed for over pronators - this pair doesn’t seem to have the same arch support as previous GT1000 ones and not keen on the “flat” laces, prefer the rounder ones (this is about the 8th pair of GT’s I’ve bought !)
