I recently went on a trip with my mom who snores and my daughter. We all had to share the same hotel room. My mom's snoring was deff quieter but I still heard it. I still slept better than I would of if i didn't have them. I often have to nap during the day due to work n I was struggling to sleep due to my daughter screaming or crying at times. I'm upstairs and she's downstairs, they help but not as much as I'd like. I feel like I'm just a light sleeper now. They work pretty good. However, you can still sort of hear a small pitch of noise just around you or noise surrounding in your own cubicle. It depends if you have something thats turned on by you. Honestly I'd say these work pretty good. I'd grade this thing like at 98% for its effectiveness. They perfectly cancel out all the day-time noise when I sleep, which is crucial since I work at night, and this noise includes construction work in my building. I have immediately replaced my previous foam ear plugs, of which I needed to insert 2 in my ears for the more or less same results. The AUVIS Ear Plugs perfectly fit into one's ear shapes, and are soft enough to be worn for long periods. No more ears throbbing with pain or red because of badly fitting ear plugs that I needed to shove as deep inside a possible. These AUVIS ear plugs give new meaning to the phrase 'Silence is golden'.Edit of April 18, 2019Warning as a follow-up note to my review of March 21, 2019:While I am very pleased with the product, their β€œBuy 1 get 1 offer” is completely dishonest and their customer service non responsive. After my purchase I wrote AUVIS to ask my free pair of earplugs, to which they responded by asking me my shipping address, as well as to write a positive review on their Amazon page - which I promptly did. Since I am very pleased with the earplugs, this was not a problem for me. However, as of today April 18, nearly 4 weeks after my purchase, there is no sign of my free pair of earplugs, nor any response to my email dated April 7 enquiring about it. I am not sure what they are trying to achieve with these so-called β€˜free offers’.
