The induction light will flash in red and buzz if the wire is live, and the buzzer emits a different audible alarm depending on the signal strength. The stronger the signal, the faster the buzzer sounds. If it is too dark to detect in confined place, you can use the flashlight to light up. If there is likely a leak, then you can turn on the UV light to check it. What's more, the UV light is also available to check currency and dried stains. Both these 2 lights will shut off after 10 seconds without manual shutdown. Warning Before detecting AC voltage, test the meter on a known live circuit to verify whether it is working properly. Do not rely on the detector to determine whether there is voltage or not on the wire, because the voltage may still exist even if there is no alarm indication for the result may be affected by other factors.
