Very supportive, stayed on after sweating buckets. Tried others and they start to peel off half way through work out. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Does the job but... *by E***L on 25 January 2019* I like the fact the tape is pre-cut which is helpful as I bought the tape for my knees, I had reconstructed ACL surgery a year ago and I play competitive basketball. Usually my knee swells after playing a tough game but when I use the tape the swelling is reduced considerably. The tape is easy to apply however, the strength is not that great and frays easy if over stretched. It feels nice on the skin and appears bresthable, it does not necessarily peel off when exposed to water. I have used the tape for my Achilles too and it works but sometimes I can still feel a twinge or a slight pain in the ankle the morning after playing, not sure whether this is the tape or me.
