Review: Best frother I've tried, and customer service is superb - I've owned a couple types of frothers now, and this one is---by far---my favorite. I love that when you let go of the button it just stops (helping to prevent overflow accidents). The other frother I have is just an on/off button and doesn't always stop in time. I leave that one at another home for use when the house isn't rented. This frother is comfortable and easy to use and, with good batteries (I use rechargeables) plenty powerful. I use heavy whipping cream in my coffee, and this frother does a fair job of whipping it before I've added the coffee and after. So when it died after 9 months of daily use (multiple times daily) I was sad, but came here anyway to purchase a replacement. While reviewing the description I saw that Bean Envy offers a lifetime warranty. I wanted to get another frother on the way so I went ahead and ordered one from desertcart, then contacted Bean Envy about the non-functioning one. Customer service replied within MINUTES to ask where they could send the replacement. I replied but let the desertcart order stand---with Prime, I knew I would have one back in-house within two days, and I had no idea how long the replacement from customer service would take. Well, the one from Bean Envy's customer service arrived today, BEFORE the one I ordered from desertcart. So I was able to use it to make my coffee, and of course it works great. I'll be saving the one I ordered again from desertcart either as a backup in case this happens again, or to give as a gift to a coffee-loving friend or family member. So to wrap up, know that Bean Envy's customer service is top-notch, and when they say "lifetime warranty" they MEAN it. Buy with confidence! **Q: Why do these type of devices only have a push and hold to run switch. Very uncomfortable for man hands! 🤔**
A: I'm a man and find the button very easy to operate. I have two of these, I bought one for our vacation home. They are extremely well made and work perfectly. I just wish Bean Envy would make a rocker switch model so that you could reverse direction of the unit while mixing stuff. I mix powdered supplements in a small glass and have to pulse the unit to keep liquid from spilling out. If the beater could reverse direction it would work great.

**Q: Will this blend Bulletproof coffee (1 T. butter, 1 T. coconut oil and maybe an egg yolk)?**
A: Absolutely! Solid chunks are a bit challenging for this motor, BUT it will do a fantastic job if the butter isn't 100% solid.

**Q: Ul or fcc certified?**
A: I don't think so. I don't know why a battery powered frother would have have to be certified by either agency.

**Q: What is the warranty on this handheld milk frother? Third time using and it wont froth.**
A: My Bean Envy brother has worked perfectly. These are pretty simple devices so not sure why yours won't work - are your batteries properly inserted??? I'm sure if you contact Bean Envy they can help

I had never used one before; looked at a ton of them online before choosing this one. Very happy with it, works well to stir in my creamer and cinnamon. Froth, rinse, push the button for a couple seconds to shake dry, and rehang. With a couple uses a day the batteries lasted me about a year! And the stand is a game changer - no laying haphazardly on the counter or buried in the drawer. And lots of colors to choose from.
