I have been searching for a product to help me focus, relieve stress and fatigue, I have definitely found it! After only 2 weeks of taking this product I definitely see a change in the way I feel. The levels of stress have reduced dramatically, I feel alert and focused, I believe I have found my product. I started taking this supplement a few months into the COVID-19 pandemic. I had been feeling quite stressed and as well as experiencing anxiety and lack of focus. I feel this supplement has been helpful to me to stay calmer and more focused. I would recommend it.

It might be working but I feel no difference

I've been taking this for about 4 months now (the only other supplement I take regularly is fiber). I am a massage therapist in the Pacific Northwest so I'm in constant contact with people who often carry cold and flu germs during the cold, damp Fall, Winter, and Spring. I also traveled abroad in the last 4 months, and while everyone close to me has come down with some sort of miserable 1-2 week cold or flu virus in this time period, I've been just fine :)

I have only been taken thess for about 4 or 5 days. The reviews and i believe even the product review said it takes about 3 weeks to feel the affects. I felt immediate energy boost and focus. Looking forward to seeing if the affects get stronger in the next two weeks

I have been taking this product for months and I love it. I take it along with a multi-vitamin in the morning. It helps me with get my energy in the morning. Once I was off of it for two weeks and I noticed a difference of my energy level. I only take one a day.

I have tried different brands of rhodiola and I find this one is the most effective. I feel balanced. I’m usually stressed out and emotional. I have been taking this for a month and the results are amazing. I feel relaxed and full of energy at the same time.
