After taking my bottom laptop plastic case on and off all the time, the case broke so I don't have a bottom half of the case anymore. As for the adapter, still works well, it does get warm but with the HDMI plugged in and my power cable, I can understand why. I use the USB inputs a lot and the 2nd USB C input for my mouse. Additionally, the hub's colour matches my computer's colours as well. I also really find this hub useful compared to other products because of how versatile it is. One of the selling points of this product was the HDMI capability of the hub, which, to me, is useful since I tend to connect my computer to my TV screen at home a lot.
