I don't actually have a Garmin Venu, but I could see that the ends of the strap were identical to those on my smart watch so I took a gamble and it fits perfectly. Once adjusted, it stretches over the hand and holds it's size without gradually coming loose. It bends well to the shape of the wrist, and matches the watch case nicely.
