Review: Cool biometric safe - This is a solid, little, wall safe. It’s good for keeping some valuables safe, maybe some money, or maybe a handgun or two. You can mount this in the wall and hang a picture in front of it to keep it hidden. The inside has a pegboard back if you want to mount items inside with that. Alternatively, it comes with two adjustable wire shelves that can be used with or without the plastic shelf inserts. It installs between the studs, just like a medecine cabinet, just more heavy duty and secure. Operating the safe is simple. Instructions are clear. It opens with key, 4-6 digit passcode, or fingerprint. It takes a 9v battery for power. If the battery dies, and you can’t find your key, a battery pack with a usb c cable can be plugged into the front so that you can open it with the code or biometrics. Very nice wall safe. Easy to use. Secure.
Review: Very nice, solid but has gaps in the door - This is a very heavy, solid wall safe. I was impressed by some of the features, like the LED internal light and the usb-c port as an alternative power source if the batteries die or fail. (FYI, from what I can tell, a cell phone cannot be used as a power source, it needs to be an actual power bank- tried 3 separate phones with no luck. The power bank worked immediately). The feature itself is great though. The lights are not on each shelf like the diagram show. It is only the middle shelf that is lit. If the diagram hadn't given me the idea that each shelf would have a light, I would have been thrilled with just the single light.... because when I saw the light come on, I was impressed. But then I realized there was supposed to be 3 lights not one, then I was a little disappointed. But really, one light is fine. One thing that did become obvious when the light was on and the door was shut, there is a decent sized gap on each side of the door where the light comes through a lot. So, the manual does say that this is not fire or water proof. With that said, I usually expect my safes to have some degree of protection, even if it's just a matter of minutes against fire or flood. The gaps on the sides of the door are very obvious due to the internal LED light. I do appreciate that there is a magnetic bar with little hooks, perfect for necklaces or hanging keys. It is pretty easy to program and reprogram as well. Tip- remove the plastic film protector off the touch pad to make it easier to operate. I noticed that with the film production on, I would have to repeatedly tap the panel to get my touch to register. The manual is pretty self explanatory, with the exception of a few omission. First, the key slit has a covering that the directions tell you to push forcefully in the direction indicated. It does not tell you the piece is removable, so I initially thought I may have broken it with my impressive strength, lol. Not the case.... you push up and the piece sits on 2 magnetic posts, and that tipping action breaks the magnetic bond. That piece can then be removed, but because it's magnetic, just stick it to the outside of the safe until you need to put it back in place. There is also a box of "parts" but the manual does not even mention this. There seems to be a handle in the parts box that can be attached with a double sided sticky thing. And then it contains the things you need to fasten it on the wall, between studs. Overall, pretty impressed with this little safe.

This is a solid, little, wall safe. It’s good for keeping some valuables safe, maybe some money, or maybe a handgun or two. You can mount this in the wall and hang a picture in front of it to keep it hidden. The inside has a pegboard back if you want to mount items inside with that. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Solid Heavy Duty In Wall Safe with Lights

I ordered this in wall safe because I wanted a discreet and secure place to store documents and valuables that could be hidden behind wall decor. I liked the flush mount design, electronic keypad, and document storage concept, and it seemed like a good solution for quick access without taking up floor space. I knew going in that installation might be challenging, but the size and features made it worth trying. When the safe arrived, my expectation was that it would be solid, well built, and reliable for everyday use. In my case, the walls are concrete, so this was not an easy install. I had to use a hammer drill to break out the opening and then secure the safe using concrete screws. Once installed, the safe feels very solid and heavy duty. It offers multiple access options including a pass code keypad and physical keys, which is a nice backup feature. The interior light turns on automatically when opened, making it easy to see contents even in low light conditions. The locking mechanism works smoothly and the door pops open as expected. Overall, I like this safe and it feels very secure once installed, but there were some quality control issues that should be noted. The shelf screw holes were drilled off center, making it impossible to attach the shelves properly. The plastic document holder fell off the first time I opened the door and appears to have been lightly glued, which does not inspire confidence for holding important documents. The key holder uses magnets and works well, and I am not sure why the same approach was not used for the document holder. Despite these issues, the safe itself is sturdy, functional, and secure, and with better quality control on the interior components it would be an excellent product.
