I tend to forget they are in and sometimes start to leave home with them in. Embarrassing, but hey, I can breathe. Thank you Bastion for the replacement and the refund. Earlier review: I had ordered 1 set, but only received 1 instead of 4. I ordered again, so now I’m in $30., but received none. This time I complained. I received a set of 6 from Bastion. I was pleased. However, desertcart is waiting for me to return the order that I never received. I don’t know how to do that. If I get billed for the last set that was meant to make up for the previous two ordered - then I will go nuts. All I want is to keep my nostrils open, and these work for me, but I’m going crazy just to get what I paid for. I think Bastion is trying to help, but desertcart insists on me returning something I never received. Bastion did help with a refund, and I’m very grateful. I've been using mine ever since I bought them. I rinse them off with warm water every morning. and rotate them as I use them. They are very good product. If they seem a little long you can trim off a section at a time until it's comfortable in your nose. I have a big nose so I don't have to trim them. I can breathe so much easier with them. Sometimes I'll wear one throughout the day. I highly recommend this product! If I ever need to purchase them again I will. But as it stands there lasting a long time. Again this is a great product! **Q: how long is the piece that inserts into the nose?** A: It is 3/4 of an inch long. **Q: Do you sell sets of size small only? I can only finds sets of medium, large and x-large.** A: We don’t sell sets of size small separately. They’re really tiny and could fit only children. It’s just 7/16 length and 5/16 on a wider side. I suggest to try a medium size instead. I will order from them again. ### ⭐ Inconsistent Sizing Ruins it *by A***N on August 17, 2026* Bought these 3x, all a bust 1. Bought a medium and all were so small that they wouldn’t stay in 2. Overcompensated and bought XL and now they were so large I had to trim to fit. 3. Tried a large. Pack came with 15 ALL DIFFERENT SIZES! The small like I had before and even SMALLER. Also XL but also included even larger! Also some were cage looking like the photos and that I had before, some were solid. Some had fins on them so you can’t put them in your nose.
