Used it Saturday night on a K9 SAR team overnight exercise. Wasn't planning on rain, but it did and there were hordes of mosquitoes. Kept the bugs and the rain out. Easy to set up, double entrances mean you don't have to crawl into the tent to get stuff. They achieve the super light weight by using very thin fabric and I had to get used to being very careful to not get the zipper flaps stuck in the zipper. Plenty of room for me, my (full sized dog) and all of our SAR gear- pack plus radio harness, dog harness, etc. . Would fit two adults and gear (snugly) and it's half the weight of my other tents. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good tent but the problem is the zipper *by W***R on Reviewed in the United States on October 17, 2019* Every feature in this UL2 tent performs as advertised. The weight and volume are perfect for one person with room to move around and layout their gear. The rainfly does not soak much or sag. The tent guylines that other people complain about for being too short I find to be okay, because they create more useful floor space. If you want the corners to stand up vertically, just re-tie the loop to make the upper one shorter. If you really find them too short, just bring along extra cord to make a simple extension. I don't think there's a need to replace the guylines with line-locs and bungees. One must-do for me though is to have a footprint. I simply use a poly-cryo film, cut to the same dimensions of the tent floor. You can see the amount of moisture this film accumulates from the ground--moisture that would otherwise be soaking or soiling you tent floor. The only aspect of this tent that annoys me the most is that the fly door zipper because it almost always catches the thin nylon flap. It's because the zipper is 3mm away from where the flap is stitched. This happens whether the fly is wet or not, whether you're zipping from inside or outside. It helps when you're working the zipper super slowly, or when from the outside you use one hand to hold the flap away and the other hand to pull the zipper. But imagine me trying to get out of the tent at 2am and the zipper is stuck, with the condensation soaking my back! I have yet to think of a hack that would mitigate this problem. I hope BA can revise this design flaw. ### ⭐⭐ Not a COLD weather Tent & Durability is an issue *by C***O on Reviewed in the United States on October 19, 2020* Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  So, I purchased BOTH the UL2 & the UL3.The UL3 has just enough room for x2 - 6ft men comfortably.The UL2 does NOT in my opinion. It is too short & too narrow.The UL2 is too short so that your feet touch the tent & they will get wet with condensation.Also the UL2 is just not wide enough for ANYTHING and your heads will nearly bonk as the width is just not enough for x2 ppl. So, I also purchased the UL3 tent which (as we all know in tent lingo) is really a x2 person tent.Yes, I am 6'1" and weigh 185, so I am not a lard-ass nor am I small.I am just a dude.Well, I purchased the UL3 tent in Sept 2020.Set it up on the back screened in porch, compared it with the UL2 tent side by side and chose the UL3 for size, minimal increase in weight, but a fair bit more in width at head & few more inches in top-to-bottom.It fit.Luckily I took it out this past weekend by myself as it is still lighter than almost any other REI, Marmot, single or x2 man tent.Well, there is a reason. It was cold & windy up on Art Lobe trail & it was just not warm.But the real reason I am utterly disappointed is the zipper on the fly broke & did the jam-thing (you know, where the teeth don't meet and it spontaneously unzips behind the fault in the teeth, so that the wind blew RIGHT INTO THE TENT. The night sucked freezer-pops!! The tent is so thin (and very light to pack) that the darned fly better work!! 100% of the time...ESPECIALLY ON THE FIRST OUTING!!!Come on BigAgnes. This zipper is cheaper & thinner (as it catches on the nylon every single time you zip up/down the fly.
