Review: Useful for home theater automation - My Sony projector activated either 12V trigger A, or 12V trigger A+B, depending on the aspect ratio selected. I needed to change the second trigger function to be only B so that the wide screen would descend but the regular screen would retract. Some basic jumpering created the logic I needed and it has worked flawlessly for 6 years. I powered it from a separate PSU but don't remember why. Maybe the current on trigger A was too weak.
Review: Great optical isolation of control & power - These are great relay assemblies. The fact they operate on the presence of + or - 12VDC and do not draw current on the signaling circuit is ideal for my application. I needed to control a pump with a negative lead signal and return a positive lead signal to the control board to activate an LED pump run indication. This device let me switch the pump and generate the positive signal for the LED. Very happy so far.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: So on "low" the relay triggers when the signal voltage falls below 12v? and "hi" when the signal rises above 12v? can you tune the trigger voltage?thx**
A: If you set it to "High" then the relay trips when there is + 12V on INT1 or INT 2. (+12 as in the positive side of the power source)

If you set to low, it will trip when their is -12v (technically 0 volts) on INT 1 or INT2 (-12 as in the negative side of the power source)

**Q: These are locking in the triggered position (Red light on), even with no trigger voltage. Any ideas, did I get bad ones?**
A: When you say no trigger voltage, do you mean that no wires connected? If so then you may have gotten a bad set. Otherwise, check the jumper pins next to the trigger input. See if it set to low.

**Q: What is the minimum to maximum voltage for both the low and high?**
A: Minimum voltage that will trigger high:  2.5V
Maximum voltage that will trigger low:  (Vsupply- 2.5V)

Measured this with Vsupply values of 12.2V and 13.6V. 
Used UNI-T UT61E multimeter for voltage measurements.

**Q: are these latching relays?**
A: No.  They have normally open and normally closed contact points and will flip to the normally closed position when the trigger stops.
