**Q: Well it be shipped cold**
A: Yes! It comes in a styrofoam cooler with ice packs. Stayed cool even when delivered to a warm climate.

**Q: How to cook it**
A: First you peel off the casing, then you cook it in a pan, continuing to chop up with a spatula as it cooks. When it’s almost cooked through you can pour the grease out, or leave in if you want, and add an egg to scramble.  I use 2 eggs per link (or cut the link in 1/2 and use 1 egg). You can also cook with fried potatoes. Tastes great!
