Amazon had a manageable-sized jar at a good price, so I took a chance. It cooks really well, in an instant-pot. I use 2 cups of water or broth to 1 cup of rice. Pressure-cook for 5 minutes and then let it decompress naturally for another 5 minutes. I have tried it with pesto sauce on one occasion. Another time, I made it what chorizo sausage and garbanzo beans. Both times, it came out delicious. If you’ve never used it before, you should be aware that this is a short-grain rice that will be kind of sticky. It takes sauces & other flavors really well.
