Then its really great when he can spell the word when he's away from the toy! Great for intro to pre-school or kindergarten. Also, my son is a thrower, he chucks/whips all of his toys and besides the cards flying out everywhere its kept up with no damage. Also would be a great learning toy for homeschooled little ones. Definitely worth the money, and then some!!
