Good cables
Bought them short to keep voltage drop to a minimum but these are some nice cables. Wires a bit stiff but good stuff it seems. If you wonder why these are better than the cheap ones check out an online voltage drop calculator. 12v 10’ 1/0 cable. Sbc starter pulls 5-600 amps, some diesels and equipment can get much higher. 12v 10’ 1/0 1000amps has 18% drop 25’ has 46% drop

Works great for my inverter with slight modification
I'm not using these as jumper cables, but rather to hook up a 2,000 watt inverter to my electric car for use during power outages. The clamps are very heavy-duty, and the wire already has lugs on both ends which are bolted to the clamps. All I had to do was un-bolt the clamps from one end of the cables and I had ready-made terminals which hooked to my inverter with no issues.

Reliability
Works where others don't. Reliable. Not copper coated. Made in USA! My neighbor was having trouble starting a corvette with the cables he had. With mine it started right up. He is now buying one for the six business trucks he owns.

The last ones you'll ever buy
If your tired of screwing around with cheap cables that don't carry any amperage then get a pair of these. You could jump start an aircraft carrier with these things if you needed to. They are heavy and the clamps are beefy. I like the braided ribbon between both sides of the clamps. Makes a great connection. I've had about 5 pair of cheap jumper cables in the past and took them all to the scrap yard after buying these. I kinda wish I would have bought the 15 ft ones but these are probably easier to haul around.

Quality American product
Great quality product! Not Chinese garbage. These cables will be around long after I am gone so I’m putting them in my will.

Better than the cheaper cables
The little cables laying on the ground did not provide enough power to start the duallie. Connected the 0 gauge Spartan cables and it started right up. Little cables work fine on my Acura or for my riding mower but after 10 minutes of trying to charge the green trucks battery I couldn’t get a click out of the starter. 30 bucks for the cables that didn’t work 100 for the Spartans I’m glad I spent the money for the Spartans

Terminal clamp melted on first use
These are heavy cables and look well built. Upon the first use on a diesel engine, the connections inside the clamp melted and ceased making an electrical connection.

Best cables out there
This is ablsoutly great for jumping vehicles I had a truck with a 650amp battery with only 30% of the battery holding a charge when I hooked my jeep up to the truck it started in an instant thanks to these pure copper cables able to withstand over 300 apps enough to jump any small to large vehicles

Finally, jumper cables that can crank big engines with dual batteries without heating up!
I occasionally jump from a diesel truck with dual engine batteries to another boat or vehicle. The best jumpers from the local automotive shops pack easily, but they will melt or even catch on fire if the other battery is low or dead. These cables are heavy and robust. I also appreciate the separate positive and negative cables for ease of handling. Get these if you intend to jump from big diesels. If you want something that packs lightly or in a small space, they may not be for you,
