I'm not sure how accurate all the various measurements are that it takes and/or estimates. I wish I had better insight in how the scale makes these measurements or calculations. So I take these with a grain of salt but I can say that I can see the fat loss for myself and even if there is error in these absolute measurements it shows me I am on the right track. The thing I'd most be interested in is how it calculates my base metabolic rate. Overall I would recommend.
