First time I put 2 NY strip steaks in it. 11 minutes later - darn near perfect steaks! 2nd time we put in 3 fresh ground hamburgers straight from the fridge, dialed in the speed cook setting and in 8 minutes we had absolutely perfect well done hamburgers. I'm not a fan of well done anything primarily because it get's dried out, but these burgers were cooked evenly all the way through and were still moist.
