It’s great for ventilation and I’ve work it on very hot and humid days and cold days where it was around zero degrees C with layers and a rain jacket over it. I’ve now worn it a couple of years all over SE Asia. Only one crash on a grassy hill doing off-road riding and it held up fine. It’s not as protective as leathers if you’re doing road riding and it’s not quite as vented as a motocross shirt with pads underneath if you’re strictly doing off-road, but it’s a good compromise and easy to use.
