The best design upgrade from my last one is the no spill lid option. I was getting my nutrition splashing and leaking all over my bike and down into my cables ( a sticky mess), but now with this, that doesn’t happen anymore. I was hesitant to keep the no spill on during a race, I tried it for my recent 70.3 and was still able to refill it during the ride with no problem (while maintaining 20 mph).
