I always have to have a couple links taken out but not with this one. **Q: Can links be removed from the band?** A: Yes links can be removed from the band. **Q: Did anyone have trouble getting the back on after receiving? Arrived w/o the back on.** A: My came all together so I didn’t have that problem. I love my watch **Q: Would it fit a small wrist without making adjustments?** A: No. My wrist is 5 3/4" and the watch is loose. I either put the watch over the top of a sweater cuff, or wear it like a bangle. Timex are really good watches and last forever but are reasonable priced.I purchased this watch because it has a bangle look with a stretch band. My wrist are fat but this watch was too small for my wrist even with the stretch band. I gave it to my mom because it was too tight. It has a nice weight to it. It's just a regular watch it doesn't have the date on it. I didn't keep it long enough to see if it light in the dark. The image looks like the watch is big but it has a small face and it's for a petite person.
