That was many years ago and I switched to this toothpaste sometime during the pandemic. What’s weird is those large brand toothpastes cost much more and claim to have more bells and whistles. But yet my dental check ups were not reflecting this. Actually, with those brands, I still had cavities and tartar issues. And I brush my teeth several times per day after meals and go to the dentist twice per year for cleanings. Though this toothpaste does not have fluoride in it, I have been receiving, year after year, excellent check ups from my dentist. My teeth are much whiter and cleaner. My gums also are healthy.As I mention, I’ve been using this for a few years and I would definitely recommend it. I don’t have sensitivity issues so I’m not sure how well this may be for someone that does. But as for me, I will not stop using this toothpaste due to the excellent results and fresh breath that I receive. I do use fluoride in my mouthwash, but try to lessen it in the toothpaste I use.It does foam up and taste great and leaves your breath very clean and fresh.
