**Q: Why here it says take one tsp twice a day and on the bottle I bought it says take 2tbs on a 8 once whater once a day ? Which one is right finally??**
A: Doesn’t really matter, my family and I have been drinking it for over 20 years.  If you like the taste add 2 if you want to start off slow add only one tsp.
