Review: Very disappointing packaging and damaged product - I ordered the Kérastase Gloss Absolu set together with the Anti-Frizz Glaze Milk, but the Glaze Milk arrived spilled and leaking. The packaging was also very disappointing. Instead of being properly packed in the original set box, the products were simply thrown into a large box with little care or protection. For a premium brand like Kérastase, I expected much better packaging and handling. Receiving a product that has spilled during delivery and a set that was not even kept in its original box is really frustrating. The products may be good, but the way this order was packaged and delivered was not acceptable.
