My knees still hurt. It’s early fall here and we got lucky. 1st nite we stealth camped in tents and only got down to about 40F ( that’s nothing in the whites ) 2nd nite we slept on a platform without tents and temps stayed in the 40’s all nite and morning . Bag kept me to warm . I had to unzip a few times to cool off . I would totally bring this on a colder hike . It’s a little heavy & packs kinda big for backpacking. But will definitely keep you warm .
