I use these with the original joy-con 2 grip. They attach onto the grip easily and can be taken off quickly too. Performance-wise, the controllers hold their charge well, and the buttons are very sturdy. I'm also very impressed with the new HD rumble 2 technology, which has very precise and cool vibrations that make games more immersive and entertaining. To me these controllers are worth the price, especially if you want to play any co-op games.
