Only thing I can complain about it was missing a plastic cap but since they have a fantastic customer service team they are sending me out a new one. I love how light but very sturdy this machine is. I like to move around my house when doing my workouts. Being able to move this outside on my back porch is so nice. It’s very versatile on what you can do with it. Not just for squats. I’m also using it for stretching and being able to adjust the bar is great. I’ve been using this now for a week. I can already tell my muscles are getting stronger with the ease of use. I hate doing anything squats but this has help tremendously with my workout and this makes it so easy to do with having a bad back. I’ve been able to get a whole body workout in a short time. Not straining on any body parts and I find i don’t have to do as many reps to get the outcome I’m looking for. This wonderful new gem is my go to first thing in the morning along side my Rumblex pro. Lifepro has many great workout videos that you can watch to get the most out of your workout. They also have the best FB page to get answers to questions, new ideas and motivation. Happy customer as always! ### ⭐⭐⭐ Great only for Bulgarians. *by J***N on 21 April 2025* Great for Bulgarian split squats, makes a brutal exercise much more tolerable by letting you concentrate fully on your working leg instead of the awkward placement of your elevated foot. It's easy to put together and seems pretty robust, but it isn't quite wide enough to use as a base for hip thrusts, and the legs aren't deep enough to stop it tipping over. It's a shame that with a couple of slight tweaks it could have been much more functional.
