I used it twice a day: morning and evening. Before, I was using a cucumber witch hazel and lemon witch hazel. Decided to try this one for a change. After a month, I started noticing that my face gets dry and begins to produce patches of peeling skin on my nose and upper cheeks. This told me to reduce the use, and now I am applying it only in the morning or evening, and not every day.
