Not to mention, I never looked on desertcart-only in drug stores and they really don’t have many options. Lactaid started giving me cramps? I’ve been taking it for maybe 20 years or less? Not only do you get more for your money, they don’t come in stupid pouches and you don’t have to take anywhere NEAR as many. I had 3 slices of a medium pizza tonight. If I was using Lactaid I would need at least 6 (dosage is 2, and I need a dose for every item). I took ONE. ONE of these and I was good to go. I’m a little bit of a tough case because I LOVE cheese and refuse to accept I’m lactose intolerant. I only limit my intake when I’m low on pills. So, I eat as much dairy as a cheese lover would. Cheese on EVERYTHING. Extra cheese, often! So I need something that truly works because there’s no downtime. So happy and I feel like a bit of a fool for not stumbling here earlier. But again, feel soooooo thankful I found it on my first try. A great deal and a lifesaver!! Review: Tried to help gf's lactose intolerance with this product because I have a theory that if you breakdown both the casein and lactose with these enzymes there should be no intolerance. I tried to give you that info. I put in the full info from the back label but Amazon rejected that answer as having "objectionable material". The quick answer is 1000 ALU lactase and 630 BLGU protease.
