I wake up at 5am every day so I can get to the gym before work. In the summer, no problem. Winter in England? Different ballgame. This morning I woke up gently at 4.58 in a bright but not blinding room - and I felt awake. There was no risk of snoozing, no jolting awake to my phone next to my head, and no burnt retinas from instantly flicking the light on in my dark room. I'm positive about how this is going to improve my mornings this winter. We invest in getting better sleep, so why not invest in waking up too? Makes sense to me. However, it's narrowly missed out on 5*. I'm not disappointed at all, but there is only 1 alarm sound and memory for 1 alarm.
