For the $52 dollars (got it on sale!) it's the best fan on the market. Beautiful and easy to install. It's quiet, has so many different light options, fan speeds and a timer. Comes with a remote and you can operate it on your phone. I'd buy more if I needed them. The only puzzling thing was during install the remote box in the fan came with an extra white cord which didn't need to connect to anything.
