**Q: Does the bag do one day delivery**
A: I had mine next day . If you have prime delivery there shouldn't be a problem mine arrived 17hrs after I ordered + was delivered by Hermes.

A: Hello, the PUMA Phase Backpack is definitely the perfect backpack for everyone, designed with a roomy interior. The dimensions of the backpack are 30 x 14 x 44 cm (18l).

**Q: Is it fake?**
A: No this bag is a genuine item definatly not a fake.  Good bag for the money . My son has it for school.

**Q: Can it fit A4 books in it? I'm looking to buy it for school**
A: Yes,  you will easily be able to fit A4 books in it. I carry a laptop and A4 notepad and there is still lots of space.
