Replacing it with this Gen 3 remote was like getting a new Apple TV. Works flawlessly, much easier to navigate around the screen (although it took me a while to find the mic button). And finally, at long last, an on/off button.

If you’ve struggled and fumbled with previous Apple TV remotes, this will return your sanity. Costly, yes. Expensive, no. Worth every penny in my opinion. But it took the famed Apple design team long enough!

Replaced the visiting remote with the 4K tv due one of the dog getting hold of it and chewing through the control pad!! Works flawlessly Will look at buying again to upgrade the remote for the tv in the dining room.
