Three individual packages of 9 crackers. **Q: is this for 200 packs with two in each for a total of 400 crackers** A: Yes... 200 packs. But many arrive broken, so if you need exactly 200 packs, you will probably need to order another package, as I needed to do. I tried to contact Amazon to see if they could package them better, because out of 400 packs, 76 were broken. We were using them for party-favors for a wedding (all the ingredients for s'mores in a little organza bag) and we couldn't use 76 of them. **Q: How many graham crackers in each bag?
