Review: Wonderfull - It works great. We chopped 100 pounds of onions in about an hour. Would have taken less time if we had all the onions ready. We also cleaned 10 bunches of celery, stood them up in the feed and just pushed them thru. It did plug up at the end of the celery, but it probably would not have if we had put a few less through at a time. Use a square bowl to catch and have it raised up or pieces will fly everywhere. I bought it to use in our 4-H food stand at the fair. Prep took about 3 hours less. Great purchase

It works great. We chopped 100 pounds of onions in about an hour. Would have taken less time if we had all the onions ready. We also cleaned 10 bunches of celery, stood them up in the feed and just pushed them thru. It did plug up at the end of the celery, but it probably would not have if we had put a few less through at a time. Use a square bowl to catch and have it raised up or pieces will fly everywhere. I bought it to use in our 4-H food stand at the fair. Prep took about 3 hours less. Great purchase

Get the job done in seconds, as opposed to about an hour. It makes short work of a salsa, cole slaw, pounds of cheese... Very happy with this unit.
