Pros: This shower set is beautiful and modern. It matched perfectly with the other details in our bathroom. The shower head can move angles which is a plus. It would with no error. Con: the instruction manual is pointless. The pipe diagram was incorrect. So there were so complication with the installation. And the black can scratch if you are aren't careful. When we tighted a few things with a wrench the black got scuffed. Honestly wasn't that big a deal to us since you can find stuff to touch it back up Overall: I would absolutely recommend this to others.

I was worried about ordering plumbing online but am very glad I did. My contractor was very impressed with the quality of the fittings and shocked at the low price. The directions weren't the easiest to follow so it took a little longer to install but worth it. I love the look of the matte black and the large shower head.

The only reason this product is receiving 4 rather than 5 stars from me is because the installation process was pretty terrible and the box did not include instructions on this product. It gave me instructions for every other product they sell, but not this one. The most difficult part to install was the connection for the handheld shower. The connecting nipple was too short, so my plumber had to get crafty and weld a brass piece to the copper. Besides that, this is a great product. Water pressure and looks are awesome. I would buy it again if I had to, but I'd pay more attention to how to place the water connection for the handheld shower.

I thought I was getting a deal but It's costing me as much as I would have paid for a better product. I'm not going to say it's cheap because for the price I got what I paid for. The diverter is in place and sealed behind my beautiful subway tiles and isn't worth tearing down. So I had to eat that. I'm keeping the head but the arm doesn't fit nor does the tub spout. So I have to buy those separately. A Moen arm for $104 and a spout for $70. I'll keep the waterfall head, which is ok and the extra side head... works fine. The time it takes to try and it not fit and jimmying it and not working hasn't been fun. Time is money and for what the entire bathroom cost me to redo I should not have gotten cheap with the shower. Pennywise, pound foolish. I am the fool for all of us. Save where you can, this is not the product to save with. I don't know much about plumbing but from what I understand it's not made with American metric standards. So it was never going to fit properly. Real talk, spend the extra money, talk with a plumber and go to a real store with humans who know what's what and can be accountable or buy Moen, Delta, etc

Unfortunately, I had to return this product since we couldn’t use it. When I opened the box, I was really excited about how sleek, modern and sharp it looked and was really excited to have a detachable hose since these sets are hard to come by for a good price. But when we were putting it up just to get an idea of what it would look like, we realized the shower head was not that sturdy. The head itself sticks out pretty far to give you the rain effect, so the neck is pretty long too but the base that’s supposed to screw into the water pipe was barely long enough to attach and the plate was too small the counter the support needed for the head. There was no way for this to secure it well enough to make sure that any kids or tenants wouldn’t break it off and damage the shower.

Working well and appears that it's gonna hold up. Had some trouble with leaks in the manifold where the PVC screws in. Was my own fault. I recommend to use quality Teflon tape when u install yours. Make sure u get your depth just right in wall. Lookss very good and feels great.

Looks nice, shower heads work fine. Major downfall is the bathtub faucet. The opening for water to come through is only about 1/8". It takes about 45 minutes to fill up a bathtub and by then the water is cold. It is tiled in and very hard to replace now.

I can’t comment on how easy this is to install because we hired a plumber. I love having this shower in my new master bath. It looks so great and it feels amazing to shower in. The pressure is perfect and we just wipe off everything after each shower because we have to extremely hard water and don’t want to ruin the fixtures.

Like: shower head and handheld. All good! Dislike: Tub spout makes SHARP NOISE and water shoots out, instead of an even smooth flow. Never seen this. Black colour collects white film of water and DISCOLOURS over time!
