A: no they are one time use!

**Q: Does the non clip end come already tied so that you can simply add a clip through a loop on the end?**
A: If I understand your question, then you are referring to the rope and not the lanyard. Thus, the non-clip end is braided into a loop and it has molded clear plastic protecting it. The intent is such that the non-clip end should not be modified or tampered for safety reasons. I hope this answer helps answer your question.
