Perfect so far!
Very durable as well as very responsive. I was worried the movement buttons were going to be too close to the action buttons because of my bigger hands, but with the size of the controller it turned out not to be a problem. The Huate42 configuration website works like a charm. Worth every penny over the smaller versions.

New to leverless? Look no further!
I did things in the opposite order that you SHOULD buy things. I am relatively new to leverless controllers. I've only been using them since a few months after the release of Street fighter 6. I used to use joysticks and fight pads. Since I am fortunate to have the funds I have I bought some of the more expensive leverless controllers first, which was a mistake. Because if I didnt realize how damn good the Haute42 (COMSOX) R16 was then I may have never wasted money on the other (Kitsune, Snackbox micro, Victrix FS12, and Punk Workshop). All of the more expensive ones I bought were fine, but I always found something wrong that made me continue the search for "The One". This R16 is a great entry but also great as a permanent solution. For the people that say it creaks a bit TIGHTEN THE SCREWS. They dont tighten them all the way when they shipped it. Now it still creaks but not half as much. That is the only downside for me. The button switches are replaceable and button caps are too. You can add artwork under the plastic clear top. You can make your own or buy one with a custom artwork through the FOCUS ATTACK site. Barebones, this thing is well worth the price. I've come to the conclusion that if you aren't doing some custom art or box for your leverless then Haute42 R16 is a great start and that the other companies are kind of ripping us off. I had an issue with the razer Kitsune and Razer wouldnt help fix my situation so never again Razer, although the kitsune is a great device, Haute 42 has a similar device for 2/3 of the price. Haute42 is my new favorite manufacturer of leverless controllers. I am curious to see what their more expensive offerings are like because this R16 is pretty damn good.

Great leverless option, good price.
Great pad with plenty of buttons for games and fighting games. Less expensive than many other leverless options. I would switch the key switches out for something a little better but they are good to go for fighting games out of the box

Great, but...
Works out of the box, great, and only takes a few hours to learn. I got this at the start of January. I used it to learn Guilty Gear Strive. 20 hours of actual use later, and it's broken. I put it away in storage after every gaming session, yet it somehow broke. The lights still turn on, and Windows recognizes something is plugged in. But there is no input. Neither Steam nor Gamepad Checker recognizes it. It's a shame, I do like this controller, and it's super fun to play with. But it broke in less than a month. Save up and buy a Hitbox; do not settle for this.

Can't believe the quality for the price
I really like this thing. Use to throw down on the Junk Food Snack Box Micro...was a bit too small; got rid of it. This, on the other hand, is the perfect size for my hands and it feels good to rest me wrists on. The cord that came with it is a good length and it worked as soon as I plugged it into my steam deck! Didn't have to fiddle with a single setting. The only downside is that it tends to creak when I'm putting mad pressure on it but that's by no means a deal breaker. All in all, the price is RIGHT and would make a good leverless fight stick for beginners and pros alike.

Great product good price
As my first ever leverless, it does its job great. Buttons are responsive, not too big and doesn’t slide much, it’s not too loud and it looks great in my room. Overall a great product for a fair price

Great leverless controller
First leverless stick and it works great out of the box with tons of customizable functionality I most likely won't be using. I am enjoying it, but as others have mentioned, it is ever so creaky when moving it around outside of normal use. Don't notice any creaking when playing with it in my lap so overall it's really great.
