When i started to proceed with the procedure of knowing the blood glucose,(fasting)in following steps. Downloaded the Dnurse app,put the glucometer in the required slot of my phone and pressed the start button, I was asked to insert the strip into the glucometer,which I did,but the screen did not go beyond that,which was the next step ie appearance of the blood drop, to be applied on the strip,but the glucometer just showed that the battery of the product low.I checked the operation booklet at page no.31 it was stated that if the glucometer show low battery,it should be intimated to the company on the given tel.number about the product not functioning properly,the lady asked me to uninstall the app and install again,I did that but the glucometer stopped at the same spot and the next step ie application oh the blood drop on the strip did not happen.
