I hate taking any medication if at all possible. Most sleep aids make me groggy in the mornings, which I do not like. Now having IBS, anything that is not liquid or powder form, my body does not absorb. Not only that, but many pills mess with my gut and will cause my IBS to 'act up'. Not getting enough rest will cause my IBS to 'act up'. I was tired of being tired and foggy all day. Side note, IBS will cause brain fog as well. I researched and read reviews and became desperate for a good night's rest. I decided to try these patches in my desperation. The first night, I fell asleep faster than before, but I was up and down most of the night. I also became restless. However, I did not wake up groggy. It was a bummer, though. My husband told me to try another night because your body needs adjusting time. I used it the next night. I put the patch on earlier than I did the night before, about 45 minutes earlier. I started to feel tired and went to bed. I thought that it was the middle of the night because I woke up and it appeared to be semi-dark in our bedroom. We live in the city so there are lights on outside of my apartment all night. I usually wake up several times a night and like the night before, figured the patch was not working for me. I rolled over and noticed my husband was not in bed. I got up to use the bathroom and realized that it was 7:30 AM the next morning. I had slept through the whole night and not woken once. I had only used one patch both nights and again, did not wake up groggy. I plan on using this patch again tonight to see if it was a fluke or if they work. Please note, that my husband tried the patch the first night I did and did not see any difference in his sleeping patterns. He said he was still up and down all night. Some people have told me that his up and down all night is what is causing my sleeping issues along with the IBS and I have high anxiety. I am giving it a 5 star right now because the second night it did work. I will adjust this if last night was a fluke. But when I purchased these, they were not that expensive, and worth trying them out to see if they work for you. ### ⭐ Won’t purchase again *by B***M on April 24, 2025* They do not stick.
