Instructions are overwhelming
It took me two days to put together and the instructions were complicated. My grandson likes it for the most part and the only issue we have is that the button that open and closes the claw is a bit difficult for him to push.

My 10 year old boy LIVES this but needed quite a bit of dad-help to put it together exactly right.

Time is precious. Don't squander it.
Man, oh MAN! It's now almost a year later and we're still trying to put this thing together. Seriously run from this thing... I'm sure some people love toiling away for countless hours of their lives meticulously piecing 1mm parts together with unclear instructions just for the challenge, but paying basically as much as a fully completed product that does the same thing would have been the big brain move here. This is up there with the worst purchase I've made next to winning a blind auction on a storage unit full of medical waste. I'm considering paying my kid the cash value of this present just to throw it away and be rid of this Pharaoh's curse of a toy. If the conditions of my parole were to complete this from scratch or serve out ten years, I'd stock up on good books and see everyone in 2035.

Excellent challenge
As grandparents, we scored big on this gift for our grandson. He enjoys the challenge, having risen above the challenge of even the most intricate Lego products. We will plan on buying similar items for a couple more years.

これはスゴイ！！！ 久しぶりにエキサイトしました！！！ 電子機器は使わずに、ワイヤーとスプリングのテンションでアームを操作します。 水圧や油圧、サーボモーターなどを使う類似物も見かけますが、こちらはアナログ満載のロボットアームです。 操作は２本のジョイスティックを使いますが、操作している様子はまさに、ロボット手術そのもの。 アームは、ほぼ３６０度自由自裁に動かせます。 先端は開いて物をつかめます。 ワイヤーのテンションに気を付けますが、組み立て自体は難しくはありません。 トイオブザイヤーというだけあって、かなりエキサイトできるロボットです。 アームの部分に、クロコなどの柄の筒を布で作って被せても面白いと思います。 サウンドはなりませんが、工夫して取り付けても楽しいと思います。 ラジコンとは違った感覚で、似て非なるものです。 ぜひおすすめです！！！
