I made the flour and it's fantastic! Super light and has a great texture. Bakes within the bread well and is quite a great dupe for flour. Truly impressed! Not much of a taste but it does help keep the flour nice and light. A little goes a long way with this so this package will last me quite a while. I will definitely be ordering again when it's finished! Definitely worth the $$$. And use with care- it's so light it will fly all over.
