Review: Great scrubbing pads - Whilst travelling in Japan in March '23, I bought some netted sponges. They are quite thick (2cm) and a good size (8cm x 15cm) and I've not seen an equivalent here in Australia. I tried to find an equivalent on desertcart, but nothing quite matched. However, there were some great reviews of the Dobie Pads and so I bought a 6x2 pack. They are great scourers for use on pans and pots. The Japanese sponges come out fresh from the washing machine, the Dobie's not quite so much. I admit, I use them harder on the pans, but still hoped for a little more. This means the will probably last less before being tossed. It would be great if they were slightly larger as well.

Whilst travelling in Japan in March '23, I bought some netted sponges. They are quite thick (2cm) and a good size (8cm x 15cm) and I've not seen an equivalent here in Australia. I tried to find an equivalent on Amazon, but nothing quite matched. However, there were some great reviews of the Dobie Pads and so I bought a 6x2 pack. They are great scourers for use on pans and pots. The Japanese sponges come out fresh from the washing machine, the Dobie's not quite so much. I admit, I use them harder on the pans, but still hoped for a little more. This means the will probably last less before being tossed. It would be great if they were slightly larger as well.
