So I just spent some time reading through various reviews of a wide assortment of ergonomical mice. While I think some of it is trial and error for getting the right fit, I think I happened upon a really good fit and feel with my first try. I really have nothing to compare it to, but so far I am really quite pleased. --I dont have small hands, but they aren't exactly big either. Size can be in length and width. I have quite small fingers, but wide palms (3.75"). So typically a size "large" in gloves, but the ends of the fingers always dangle quite a bit. Hope that gives impression going forward with my review: --My hand easily grasps the width of this mouse. Feels very comfortable. My pointer finger just reaches the scroll wheel. I dont need to reach for it; my finger pad sits directly on top of apex of the wheel. --Press of left or right side is easy and comfortable. Plenty of length to accommodate even the smallest of fingers. Yet plenty of spare room for fingers longer than mine. -- Not a loud click, but I can feel the click. I personally find that satisfying. Gentle yet makes me feel my action. --Scrolling is smooth. --No stuttering or jerkiness --Instant connect when I first got this, and no problems since --Impressed with how natural it feels. Didnt realize how much the wrist and forearm twist to use a standard mouse. With this, the mouse and arm are in a natural alignment --Charging is quick and easy. Comes with cord for charging. So far there are no issues. Power management is excellent. I use it between 7 and 13 hours every workday and I usually only have to charge it every two weeks or so. The resolution is perfect for my work, but if you plan to perform photo editing or something else that requires precise movements, I'd still recommend a track ball. Like I said before, the only thing I would improve is the weight. If the manufacturer would add maybe 50g of metal to the bottom, it would give it a more solid feel. Overall, very pleased with this mouse. Update: I was contacted my customer service, who again was very friendly and desired to help. She suggested I reset the device by putting the USB dongle into a new port and then holding down the right mouse button and the middle one (the wheel) for a few seconds. It worked! I have been using it for a week now and I really like it. The operation is smooth, the feel is good, and I haven't noticed as much wrist pain. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because as I mentioned earlier, the bottom of it is uneven so it wobbles a bit which occasionally causes me to click on the wrong thing. Not a big deal for me because I'm working with data, but if I were doing graphic design this would be frustrating. As before, customer service was excellent. Previous post: Tried two, neither worked. The first one worked for less than a minute before the left mouse button stopped working. The battery was charged, the range was less than a foot, I uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers, there were no conflicting devices, and all the other buttons worked. I returned the device and the customer service was excellent. They listened to my explanation and seemed very interested in making sure I was satisfied. They offered to send me a new one free of charge. I took them up on the offer but the new one won't stay on for more than 1.5 seconds. I tried charging it multiple times, once overnight. The charge indicator turns green but after I turn the device on, the optical sensor flashes red a couple times and then never comes back on. Turning it off and on again produces the same result. Without being able to use the device itself, all I can add is that the feel is good, the ergonomics are sound, but the device is too light for my preference. It feels cheap and the second device I tried wasn't flat on the bottom so the thing wobbled.
